These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of EXIFCut services, including our website, dashboard, API, and image metadata tools (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally able to enter into contracts and comply with applicable laws.
You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and all activity under your account.
2. Acceptable Use
- Do not upload illegal, infringing, malicious, or abusive content.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, abuse, or bypass plan limits, authentication, or security controls.
- Do not use the Service to process data you do not have rights to use.
3. Your Content
You retain ownership of files and metadata you submit.
You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content solely to deliver the requested Service functionality.
4. Plans, Billing, and Limits
Paid plans are billed through Stripe under the pricing terms shown at checkout.
Usage limits, storage windows, and feature availability depend on your active plan and may change with notice.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade.
5. Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service to improve performance, security, or compliance. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
6. Intellectual Property
EXIFCut branding, code, design, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the Service.
7. Disclaimers and Liability Limits
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EXIFCut is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, revenue, or profits.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, abuse, or legal requirements.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, excluding conflict of law principles.
